Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: $8,000+ (more if you’re a strong runner)
- $3+ a mile weekly avg
- Quick pay available for 3% more (2 days after load delivers)
- Driver Referral Bonus: $1,000
- Settlements paid via direct deposit weekly (every Monday)

Home Time, Route, & Schedule
- Home Time: Every 1-3 weeks
- Weekly if living in the Midwest (Home Weekends)
- Route: Running Midwest and Southern states
- Level of Touch: No touch
- Trailers: Hazmat, Reefer, Dry Van, Flatbed (only if you have your own flatbed trailer)
Equipment Requirements
- Must have your own truck (2016 and above); Must be ELD compatible.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must be U.S Citizen
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2-years of professional driving experience with a verifiable safety record.
- No more than 10 jobs in 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
- No more than 3 accidents in past 5 years with no more than 1 accident occurring in the preceding 12 months
- No truck abandonment
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing the transportation industry.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills for electronic logs and communication.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and withstand long hours of driving.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and possess a valid DOT medical card
